Phil Fischer comes from a long and successful line of entertainment professionals. His grandfather, Gerald Fischer, devoted 40 years of his life working for MGM, Paramount and Universal Studios. His father, Larry Fischer, was a successful Hollywood talent consultant. At a young age, Phil became enchanted with movies, which lead him into a 10-year career as a SAG accredited actor. He worked with many industry professionals such as, Adam Sandler, Dana Carvey, James Brolin, Bill Cosby and Jack Giarraputo. Phil went on to graduate from California State Northridge with a B.A. in Cinema and Television Arts, with a focus on film/television production and electronic media management. As a student, Phil produced and directed the award-winning short film, The Gray Area.
