Darren Shin was born January 30, 1990, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Being born into a musical family, he exercised his artistic abilities at a young age. Growing up, he learned piano, clarinet, as well as discovering his love of performing in his local church musicals. After high school, Darren attended Shenandoah Conservatory receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre. He worked in several regional theaters before moving to Los Angeles, California to pursue commercial and film.
