Charles DeBarber

Charles DeBarber is a former US Army Cyber Intelligence Analyst from Ashtabula, OH. He served almost a decade in the Army both domestically and internationally to include a deployment to Iraq from 2007-2008 in support of Operation Iraq Freedom. He was a part of the infancy of the US Army's first cyber battalion (Army Network Warfare Battalion, 744th MI BN) and the first Army Cyber Brigade (780th MI BN). His operations have included counterterrorism, counter-proliferation, and taking on international organized crime.Mr. DeBarber's ability to hunt targets in the cyber realm are considered by those in his field second-to-none. After transitioning to the civilian sector he helped establish the State of Maryland's cellphone forensics intelligence unit and developed the open source intelligence capabilities for the elite cyber security firm Fortalice, LLC.
