Dan O'Dowd has currently written and will co-produce 'Starchild', a sci-fi comedy starring Tim Allen. The deal is set at Paramount and was developed by O'Dowd, Mel Gibson's Icon Productions and Tim Allen's Boxing Cat Productions. Robert Evans Entertainment has come on board to join the producing team.
