She worked at Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre since 1997. On the stages, she successfully created a lot of roles from classical drama such as "Sunrise (Ri Chu)", "Everlasting Regret (Changhen Ge)" and won numerous awards, including Plum Blossom Award for Chinese Theater. In addition, she also participated in performances of La Dernière impératrice (1987),Yun shui yao (2006),Wutai Jiemei (2007) and many other movies or series. Now she is a member of Shanghai Dramatists Federation and China Democratic League.
