Yu Matsushita

Originally from Chiba, Japan, Yu Sarah Matsushita moved to Vancouver to pursue her acting career. She has trained extensively in various dance forms, including ballet jazz, lyrical jazz, modern dance, contemporary, hip-hop and tap. Additionally, she has been trained professionally for theatrical singing. In Japan, she attended numerous performing arts schools including The Royal Ballet Company where she performed in multiple recitals. Yu dedicates herself to performing arts, regularly receiving vocal, stunt, martial arts, and dance training as well as completing a 2 year, full time intensive Professional Film and Acting Conservatory at New Image College of Fine Arts. She has appeared in several film and television projects and recently performed in Metro Theatre's pantomime Aladdin as a principal dancer. Show less «
