Diana Caban Velez

Classically trained in theater, Diana has played roles from Shakespeare to Lillian Hellman, while also working on major Puerto Rican repertory theatre, as well as some roles for daytime TV like The Verdict with Judge Hatchet and short films like Driven to this, Visit and Annie. Diana has a BFA in acting from the University of Puerto Rico where she also attended the Conservatory of dramatic Arts. After touring for 3 years with her theater company and playing roles like Dottie in Killer Joe and Clara in The Maids. Diana decided to move from Puerto Rico to LA with her cat to pursue a career in acting and thus she enrolled in The Sanford Meisner Center of the Arts in Noho and began her journey. She is an avid reader and traveler and enjoys collecting rare experiences in life like swimming inside a cave.
