Fred Parker Jr. grew up in San Antonio, Texas where he began acting in the schools of the Northside Independent School District. He received a B.A. in Acting from the University of Texas at Austin. Fred has been a mentor through United Way's Communities in Schools, and a swim coach through Kinetic Kids.
