JaQuan Malik Jones

Born and raised in South Norfolk, Virginia, Ja'Quan Malik Jones is a graduate student in Brown University's Trinity Repertory MFA Acting and Directing Program. He makes his major motion picture debut as one of Whitney Houston's older brothers in Sony's musical biopic about the gifted singer, I Wanna Dance with Somebody. Acting since the second grade when he was cast in an annual Christmas production at his primary school, Jones went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts at HBCU Norfolk State University. Honored with a grant from Brown, he wrote and costarred in Billiards: A Short Film, which was an official selection in the New York City Theatre Film Festival. Show less «
