Chantal Goya was born Chantal Deguerre in Saïgon (Vietnam). She came to Paris with her family when she was 4. She met the singer and composer Jean Jacques Debout when she was 18, married him and became a very famous singer for children, sold over 30 millions albums, all written by her husband.
