Heather Hoffman was born in Castle Rock, Colorado, on October 20th, 1984. She now lives in Phoenix Arizona where she has been working in a domestic violence shelter since 2005. She has a masters degree in counseling from Arizona State University and is a lifelong spirit medium and energy worker. She has been able to clearly and accurately communicate with spirits since she was a small child. She was part of the cast of the SyFy channel's series ghost hunters academy, and is the founder/director of the Arizona Research and Mediumship Society, a paranormal investigation team that utilizes both traditional scientific methods and nontraditional metaphysical methods to investigate reported haunted locations.Heathyr considers herself a "skeptical medium" and works to find all possible alternative explanations for phenomena before concluding that something is paranormal. Seeking to find a balance between the two ends of the spectrum of paranormal investigation. Heathyr is also a Sekhem Reiki master, and has experience with distance readings, remote viewing, working with nonhuman entities, and haunting clearings.Heathyr has presented lectures on the overlap of paranormal phenomena and mental disorders and blending science with metaphysics, and has spoken on panels on medium-ship at ConVocation and The House Khepuru Open House.
