Imani Monae

Imani Monae is an American actress, singer and author originally from Flint, Michigan. As the youngest of six children, Imani used entertainment as an outlet for her creative energy. She grew up singing in church and putting on skits for her family, friends and community. After reaching as far as she could in Flint, Imani moved to Atlanta to continue growth in her craft.
