Born in London, brought up in the district of Harehills/Chapletown Leeds. Son of a Racecourse Bookmaker, Ex Professional boxer. Mother deceased at 14 years old, began working life as an Apprentice Jockey to David "The Duke" Nicholson, Stow On Wold, Gloucestershire. 18 months, therefore has a decent standard of horse riding ability and has a good affinity with animals.From the age of 17 worked in the food industry. Member Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Officers, (MCIEH), Graduate Member of the "Worshipful Company of Butchers, Institute of Meat, Guild of Freemen" (GMWCBIOM Guild.Dual Qualified Meat Hygiene Inspector (Retired)Martial Arts Coach and Instructor.
