Thishiwe Ziqubu is an award-winning actress, writer and director based in Johannesburg, South Africa.She stars in the BET mini-series Madiba opposite Laurence Fishburne, as well as Book of Negroes, also starring Aunjanae Ellis and Cuba Gooding Jnr.Thishiwe has won several best actress awards for her leading role in the action romance, Hard to Get, available on Netflix.She also stars in the films While You Weren't Looking, Tell Me Sweet Something and Man On Ground.Thishiwe writes for a number of television dramas in South Africa and is in development on her directorial debut feature film.
