Rico Constintino is a former police officer from Las Vegas, Nevada. He first appeared on American Gladiators and soon began to be fasinated by pro wrestling. He was trained by Jessie Hernadez at the school of Hardknocks (www.ewf-wrestling.net) in San Bernardino, California. He became the first rookie ever to hold the Empire Wrestling Federation championship. He soon was given a developmental deal with the then World Wrestling Federation (WWF). He wrestled in Ohio Valley Wrestling and other developmental territories as well as dark matches on Raw until he finally debuted on WWF TV as the "stylist" for tag champs Billy Gunn (Kip Sopp) and Chuck Pulombo AKA Billy and Chucky.
