Michael was nominated for best feature film screenplay at the Austin Revolution Film Festival, Texas.He has the unique privilege of having been in three Top 10 charts - as a non-fiction writer, a novelist, and a pop musician.Formerly a member of the '80s band the Thompson Twins, his first hit novel, Equinox was translated into 35 languages and became a UK Top 10 bestseller.Michael was Series Consultant for the Discovery Channel programme The Science of the Impossible.
