Alejandra Galan

Alejandra Galan is a pastry chef and cake designer from Bogota, Colombia. She graduated in 2010 from the French Culinary Institute in NYC and started her career as a cake artist starting her own cake studio in her home country. She was part of various TV shows in Latin America including: La Pasteleria (Argentina), El Desafío de Buddy Latinoamérica (Mexico) and En tu Cocina (Colombia). In 2019 she moved to the United States and continued her career in the baking world when she founded Cookie Xperiment in 2020. She's also been into cake competitions in the US on the Food Network, Disney + and Prime Video. Show less «
